Brian L. Rubenstein

Mr. Rubenstein joined the firm in 2006. Previously, he was an in-house corporate counsel. He received a B.S. from Northern Illinois University, an M.P.A. from Roosevelt University, and a J.D. from John Marshall College. He is a licensed attorney in state and federal courts in Illinois. In addition, he is a certified guardian ad litem in Illinois. He lectures on various legal topics. He is a member of all major bar associations. He practices in all major areas including civil, creditor/debtor, criminal, estate planning, family, land use, personal injury, probate, real estate and transactional law.




Steven Weinberg

Mr. Weinberg joined the firm in 2008. Previously, he was in private practice. He received his Bachelors in Political Science, minor in History, magna cum laude, and Honors College from Kent State University and a J.D. from John Marshall College. He is a licensed attorney in state and federal courts in Illinois. He is a member of numerous bar associations. He practices in all major areas including bankruptcy, civil, criminal, estate planning, family, probate, real estate and transactional law.





Lori Weiss Berdenis

Ms. Berdenis joined the firm in 1996, left in 1999, and then re-joined the firm as counsel in 2008. During the period between 1999 to 2008, she was in private practice. She received a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University, and a J.D. from Northern Illinois University, College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Illinois. She is a member of numerous bar associations. She practices civil, estate planning, family, land use, real estate and transactional law.
