Philosophy
A general practice law firm must be able to meet all of your legal needs. Our attorneys are ready to serve your needs in almost every legal area. While the relationship with an attorney and client is a very personal one, it is our philosophy that you employ our entire firm and not just one member. Your representation will be conducted by the attorney or attorneys in our firm who can best serve your particular needs at the most affordable cost. However, you are always free to consult with any member of the firm about the handling of your matter.
Legal fees: We believe that it is important and proper for you to understand the basis of our charges for the services we provide. Many cases can be handled on the basis of a flat fee. However, some matters require us to bill you on the basis of time expended at an hourly rate to be negotiated depending upon the complexity of the matter or attorneys handling the matter.
